Procedures for Broker Dealer Presentations
Public Offerings/SCOR
1 All public offerings which are presented to the broker-dealer network must be
permitted for sale in one or
more jurisdictions by the appropriate authorities.
2. The presenter must be a representative of the company who is legally authorized to
sell the company’s issue.
3. Additional representatives of the company may be available to answer questions about
the company or its management team.
Private Offerings
1. Private placements may be presented only to other broker-dealers.
2. The Private Placement Memorandum should be based in the disclosure requirements
outlined in federal laws and S.E.C. regulations.
Note: An overhead projector will be available. Equipment for Powerpoint
presentations can be made available with prior notice. |
